Who controls the data

Anna AI Studios is an independent AI delivery studio based in London, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, email keke19870699@gmail.com. A branded privacy address will replace this contact when the studio’s custom domain and email service are activated.

What we collect

The enquiry form can collect your name, work email, company or team, project type, target timing, project brief, consent acknowledgement, source page, submission time and a generated lead reference. Direct email, WhatsApp or WeChat enquiries contain whatever information you choose to send through those services.

Do not send confidential production assets, credentials, payment information, special-category personal data or information you are not authorised to disclose.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to assess and respond to the request, take steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, protect the form from abuse and maintain a traceable record of the conversation. The relevant UK GDPR bases are steps requested before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to genuine enquiries and securing the service. We do not add enquiry details to marketing lists without separate permission.

Who receives it

Form submissions are forwarded by FormSubmit to the studio email account. Email is currently provided through Google. The public site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages and mirrored on GitHub Pages; those providers may process technical request logs under their own terms. Direct WhatsApp and WeChat enquiries are processed by the relevant messaging provider.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. We rely on the transfer mechanisms and safeguards offered by those providers. We do not sell enquiry information.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not become active work, we normally delete or anonymise the correspondence within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We may keep a record longer where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, resolve abuse or comply with law. If an enquiry becomes a contract, project and accounting records are retained separately for the periods required by contract and applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security, cookies and automation

The public studio site does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural analytics or automated decision-making. The form uses native validation, a hidden spam trap and FormSubmit verification. Enquiry information is not used to make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

If AI-assisted lead classification is added later, it will be limited to routing or drafting, governed by data-minimisation and supplier review, and remain subject to human approval before any response.
